The big favourite in Italy. Bruschetta is a versatile tomato-based dipper and taste enhancer for soups and sauces. Like the other dippers it is easy to use. Just mix with hot water, balsamic vinegar and virgin olive oil. Stir until a nice consistency. 195 ml.

General Description and Uses

Bruschetta is a specially balanced mix of dried tomato flakes, herbs and spices. It has a very long shelf life, requires no refrigeration and mixes up in a minute to a richly flavoured paste for dipping, or spreading, with bread. Just add a little hot water, a splash of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

But, we said versatile, remember? The dry mix can be added to bread dough, sprinkled over potatoes before roasting, added to strained green beans with a drizzle of olive oil, or into an omelette. Wet it is a tremendous taste infusion for pasta, pizza bases, mixed with tomato paste and oil it is a marinade for chicken or lamb.
